If you use our design services to create your card, we will make sure the file is set up properly and that it meets your expectations. Once we have completed your postcard design, a digital proof will be uploaded to your secure account at no additional charge, then you will be able to send yourself a printed proof for only $1.
Different types of design requirements:
Full Conceptual Design ( we do the work for you)
In order to design your card, we will request that you fill out a short questionnaire to help us facilitate the concept of your design. The questions are designed to help us write your copy and choose photos from our vast library of stock photography. Our fee for full conceptual design is only $150. There is no additional charge for using any of our stock images, or for the copy writing. If you investigate the rate with other companies, you will find that our rates are very competitive. Our design team has a combined 50 years of experience and we are very familiar with the process.
We do the design, you tell us what you want
* If you choose one of our photos or supply your own, we can help you with a headline and the exact text you want printed on the back of your card for a design fee of $100.
* Clients that do not have photos of your own, or do not have the time to design your card, you are a candidate for “Full Conceptual Design,” the design fee is $150.
Larger Cards – 5.5” x 8.5”
The larger cards require a more complex design, which starts at a low rate of $150 up to $300. Our sales representative will provide you with a quote.
Additional information
Normal turnaround is 1-2 days from the time you sign off on your proof. To ensure on time delivery, please submit date sensitive material well in advance. Color photos (glossy finish required) can be scanned and placed into your design. Scans are made using a flatbed scanner (maximum size of original art not to exceed 8.5”x11).
Oversized original:
Please contact Customer Service for cost of digital scanning. Upon completion of any design work, we will e-mail you a PDF proof. Another option for sending your proof is via mail, which includes a fee of $10.00 ($35.00 is added for overnight delivery). Any revisions that are not due to errors on behalf of our design group will be billed at the usual design rate of $85 per hour. Your order will not be processed until you are completely satisfied with the finished design and have signed and returned our “OK TO PRINT” Form.
RUSH CHARGES
We will always make an attempt to fit you in because we like avoid rush charges whenever possible. However, we operate on a first pay, first serve basis to be fair to all of our customers. Please advise your sales representative if a rush is needed.
