How private will StayInTouchmail™ keep my personal information?

StayInTouchmail™ will not sell or give away your personal information (including email addresses) to third parties.

Communications may be sent to you from StayInTouchmail™ regarding promotions or information from StayInTouchmail™ and our partners. These communications will not be forwarded to anyone stored in your address book; only to our registered users. During registration you can indicate whether you are interested in receiving these emails.

What Personal Information will StayInTouchmail™ store about me?

The information you give us is the only personal information that StayInTouchmail™ stores. This includes:
1. Information you supply StayInTouchmail™ when creating a user account;
2. Information you supply when sending a postcard (including card content); and
3. Information you store in your address book.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that StayInTouchmail™ uses to help recognize you. There are two types of cookies StayInTouchmail™ uses: session cookies and persistent cookies.

Session cookies are temporary and are erased when you close your browser at the end of your surfing session. Session cookies ensure that StayInTouchmail™ recognizes you as you move from page to page and that any information you have entered is remembered. For example, if StayInTouchmail™ did not use session cookies then text placed on your postcard would disappear by the time you reach the checkout. The next time you visit StayInTouchmail™ we will not recognize you and will treat you as a completely new visitor as there is nothing in your browser to let the site know that you have visited before.

Persistent cookies remain on your hard drive until you erase them. These cookies enable us to recognize you each time you return. A persistent cookie will not be stored on your computer unless you select the ‘Keep me logged in’ option when signing in.

You do not have to enable full cookie functionality to be able to use our website; however you will need to enable the ability for a session cookie.
